I'd have to go look at the 03+ wiring diagram to be absolutely sure but from memory, you've hit them all!

Now you know, on the 03+ blaster's, you don't just clip both ends on the TORS system.  It has to be left connected (although the vast majority of the wiring can be eliminated and the connection made right outside the CDI box) on one end in order to "fool" the CDI into believing the TORS is working properly.
Click on the pic VVVV You know you want to....

you basically just have to split the whole harness and remove all the wires that lead to the parts you deleted.  It will also help you learn how the whole harness works. If you have any questions let me know I have gotten pretty familliar with the wiring

Ye got the male and female still conected with the 2 wires joined and taped up on the other end.
See the wires running to the back of the quad. Can they be removed completely?

on mine i cut the tors wires all the way up at the box under the hood and connected them up there to get them out of the way. the ones that go to the back of the quad are for the oilinjection sensor and the tail light. i dont' run either so they are removed on mine

sorry bro didn't see you had another question. and yes it can be removed. they also sell block off plates for the parking brake cable. gives it a nice finished look
